- Return the new, unopened items to us within 14 days of delivery.

- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

- You have 14 days from the date your receive your order to initiate and return your item(s) for a refund or store credit. Any returns not made within this window will be rejected.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
- Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Inspire Uplift cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
- Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed.
- The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.

If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.
Our store do not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit.

Return To Sender Packages
JustHaris will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total. So please be careful on the information that you provide. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake
Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 60 minutes of order placement. Send us an email within 60 minutes and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 60 minutes window and/or because of the Standard Shipping reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be process within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement. JustHaris reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
